Your first comparison, step by step

Sign in without an account

    Open the app and choose guest sign-in

    Start Syntexa Desktop. You need no password and no account — click “Zaloguj się jako gość” (sign in as a guest).

    Enter your e-mail address

    Type your work address, accept the terms of service and click “Wyślij kod” (send code). The code and your finished comparisons go to this address.

    Enter the code from the e-mail

    Check your inbox and copy the 6-digit code. It works for 15 minutes; if it has not arrived, check spam or click “Wyślij ponownie” (send again).

    You start with a trial

    The guest account works straight away: you have 10 comparisons over 14 days. The counter above the list shows how many you have used and when the trial ends.

    Choose the line of insurance

    Click “Nowe porównanie” (new comparison) and pick the line: life, motor, health, or property and liability. The example compares business liability offers.

    Add the insurers’ offers

    Choose “Z pliku (PDF/Excel)” (from a file) and click the file area. Select the offer PDFs you want to compare — you can pick several at once.

    Anonymize the documents on your computer

    Before anything is sent, the app finds the client in the offers and hides every occurrence of its name in every file. Review the pages: click a black box to reveal it, or select any area with the mouse. Something missing? Type a phrase in “Dodaj frazę” (add phrase) and press Enter. Every file is checked again; only copies marked “czysty ✓” (clean) are sent.

    Create the comparison

    Anonymized copies carry “_anonimizowany” in their name. Optionally type the client’s name so you can find the comparison in the list, then click “Utwórz porównanie” (create comparison).

    Wait while Syntexa reads the offers

    Syntexa recognises the insurers and reads the terms from every offer. This usually takes a few minutes. You can close the window — the finished comparison also arrives by e-mail.

    The trial counter

    The comparison is in the list and the counter shows your usage (here 1 of 10). Every new comparison uses one from the trial.

    Optional: set a password and keep the account

    An account without a password is deleted 30 days after it was last used. Click the link in the e-mail or “Ustaw hasło” (set password) in the comparison list and choose a password — your comparisons stay on your account.

FAQ

Questions about the app

What does the trial cost, and what are its limits?
The trial is free and needs no card. It covers 10 comparisons within 14 days of your first sign-in (the last day included). One comparison can hold many offers and variants. The counter above the comparison list shows how many you have used and when the trial ends.
What happens after the trial?
Your finished comparisons stay on the account, but you cannot create new ones until you choose a plan — write to us at kontakt@syntexa.pl. Setting a password does not change the limit: it keeps the account, and we choose the plan together with you.
Is my clients’ data safe? How does anonymization work?
Anonymization happens on your computer before anything is sent. The app suggests client data to hide (name, NIP, REGON, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, offer numbers), and you can add your own phrases or select any area of a page. Every copy is checked again, and only files marked clean reach Syntexa — with “_anonimizowany” added to the name. The original never leaves your computer. Always look through the pages before sending: you are responsible for what stays visible.
What happens to a guest account if I do not set a password?
A guest account works for as long as you use it. If you do not set a password, we delete it together with its comparisons and files 30 days after it was last used. To keep it, click “Ustaw hasło” (set password) in the comparison list or the link in the result e-mail.
Can I start without installing the app?
Yes — guest sign-in also works in the browser. Local anonymization, however, is only available in Syntexa Desktop: in the browser, files are sent exactly as you choose them. If the offers contain client data, use the app.
My system shows a warning on first start. What should I do?
The app is not yet digitally signed by Apple or Microsoft. On macOS, open it once, then go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and click “Open Anyway”. On Windows, when the SmartScreen window appears, click “More info” and then “Run anyway”. Later versions install automatically.
